Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment. This full-time position requires flexibility to work 12-hour day shifts, weekends, and holiday rotations, with mandatory overtime to ensure adequate coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and triage emergency patients efficiently and compassionately.
• Administer treatments, medications, and IVs according to physician orders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Perform accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress.
• Float to the Psychiatric Hold area as needed to support departmental needs.
• Contribute to staff rotation, including working every other weekend and holiday shifts.

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years of ER nursing experience.
• At least 1 year of prior travel ER nursing experience.
• Valid BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and CPI certifications.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including holidays and call rotations.
• Strong clinical skills in emergency acute care and patient stabilization.
