Job Summary:
The CT Tech is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures using CT equipment to assist physicians in diagnosing patient conditions. This role requires maintaining high standards of patient care and safety during imaging procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Operate GE VCT 64 and GE Optima 16 slice CT scanners to acquire quality images.
• Follow all protocols and guidelines to ensure accurate and efficient imaging services.
• Prepare and position patients properly for imaging procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
• Document procedures accurately using Meditech and GE Centricity systems.
• Adhere to hospital policies, including dress code and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an ARRT CT certification and BLS certification.
• Demonstrate advanced skills in performing CT imaging procedures.
• Possess at least 2 years of relevant work experience as a CT technologist.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of radiation safety and patient care protocols.
• Exhibit strong communication and teamwork skills.
