Job Summary:
Provide specialized critical care nursing to adult patients in a high-acuity environment. Deliver exceptional patient outcomes through comprehensive, evidence-based care and clinical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and responding to emergent needs.
• Perform IV insertions, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation procedures with precision.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and post-care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active New York State RN license with primary source verification.
• Possess a minimum of two years' experience in critical care settings.
• Demonstrate proficiency in IV insertion, phlebotomy, and conscious sedation.
• Have current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program with an Associates Degree (ASN, ADN).
