Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IMC/PCU/Stepdown nursing with excellent clinical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor medication treatments and patient interventions.
• Assess patient conditions and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records.
• Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols.
• Cover scheduled shifts including holidays as required.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown nursing.
• Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications.
• Active license as a Registered Nurse.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex cases concurrently.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Capable of working variable shifts including nights and holidays.
