Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Endoscopy RN to provide specialized care in GI procedures. This role involves performing endoscopic procedures, managing sedation, and ensuring patient safety throughout.

Responsibilities:

• Administer procedural sedation and monitor patient responses during endoscopic procedures.
• Operate and assist with endoscopy equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with the medical team to prepare patients and facilitate smooth procedures.
• Document patient care activities accurately and maintain comprehensive records.
• Take on call responsibilities as required, providing immediate response and support.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, licensure requirements, and clinical standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current California RN license.
• Possess BLS and ACLS certifications valid at the time of employment.
• Have at least 2 years of recent endoscopy and procedural sedation experience.
• Demonstrate prior travel healthcare experience, with a minimum of 24 weeks.
• Cannot have worked at the facility on a permanent basis and then apply for travel.
• Be available to start on 08/18 or 09/01.
