Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Travel RN for Neuro ICU/SICU with trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU expertise. Must have previous travel experience, ICU competency, and trauma Level One background to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care for neurology, trauma, surgical, and neurological ICU patients.
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and manage life-support equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Complete competency assessments within 24 hours of onboarding.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
• Document patient care accurately and promptly in electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license in good standing.
• Possess at least 2 years of ICU experience, including trauma, surgical, and neurological cases.
• Have previous travel nursing experience and familiarity with ICU protocols.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Be able to work 48 hours per week, including day shifts.
• Must have trauma Level One ICU experience and be comfortable floating to other units if required.
