Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced Level 2 trauma center. Deliver comprehensive nursing services while ensuring patient safety and comfort in the emergency department setting.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer emergency interventions, medications, and treatments according to protocol.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly using the Cerner system.
• Educate patients and their families on care procedures and post-discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and emergency protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active and valid RN license.
• Possess at least 2 years of recent experience in a Level 2 trauma or high-volume emergency department.
• Complete required certifications including BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC before start date.
• Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication, and coaching skills.
• Exhibit flexibility to work across various ED sections and every other weekend schedule.
