Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced OR Nurse to provide high-quality perioperative care across a range of surgical specialties. The ideal candidate will have circulating and scrub experience, ensuring patient safety and efficient procedural flow.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain sterile techniques and assist during surgical procedures in a fast-paced OR environment.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to any intraoperative changes or emergencies.
• Document surgical and patient care activities accurately within electronic health records.
• Adhere to all safety standards, protocols, and compliance guidelines throughout shifts.
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care before, during, and after surgeries.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrate at least 1 year of perioperative nursing experience, including circulating and scrub roles.
• Hold BLS certification and relevant licensure (GA or Compact license required).
• Possess strong knowledge of surgery-specific protocols across General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal procedures.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and within a team.
• Adapt to diverse schedules, including call shifts, weekends, and holiday coverage.
• Be fully compliant with onboarding and licensing requirements prior to start.
