Job Summary:
Seeking experienced Surgical Nurse with expertise in cataract and ENT procedures to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced clinical setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, adherence to compliance standards, and flexibility to work a day shift.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-operative assessments and ensure patient readiness for surgical procedures.
• Assist surgeons during cataract and ENT surgeries, maintaining a sterile environment.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to intraoperative needs promptly.
• Comply with all facility protocols, including documentation and certification requirements.
• Support patient education and post-operative care instructions.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active CA State RN license with Nursys verification submitted within the last 2 weeks.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in surgical settings, specifically with cataract and ENT procedures.
• Maintain current BLS certification, with AHA or ARC credentials.
• Demonstrate strong technical skills and knowledge of surgical instrumentation and protocols.
• Be able to work 4-hour call shifts and support weekend or holiday coverage if needed.
