Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive respiratory therapy services within the Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehabilitation department, supporting patient diagnostics and therapeutics under physician supervision. Ensure high-quality care for a diverse patient population from neonates to geriatrics.

Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic respiratory procedures to support patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatments, adjusting protocols as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all procedures, assessments, and patient interactions.
• Adhere to safety and clinical standards, including ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Manage up to 30 patients daily across various age groups, maintaining professionalism and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Hold current AZ Respiratory Care License.
• Possess an RRT, CRT, or NBRC credential.
• Graduate of an AMA-approved School of Respiratory Therapy.
• Bring 1-2 years of relevant clinical experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills and patient management abilities.
• Maintain current ACLS and BLS certifications.
