Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to provide specialized critical care across various ICU environments in a travel setting. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in managing complex patient needs within a Level I trauma center.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor critically ill patients, including neuro/trauma SICU, MICU, CPS/VICU, CCU, and PCCU.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per physician orders and established protocols.
• Collaborate with medical teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Float between ICU units and emergency departments, adapting quickly to different clinical environments.
• Perform competency assessments within 24 hours of onboarding to ensure readiness.
• Document patient progress and interventions accurately in electronic medical records.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with current registration.
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience, preferably in a Level I trauma or similar critical care setting.
• Demonstrated proficiency in neuro, trauma, and progressive critical care units.
• Experience with electronic medical records and strong clinical assessment skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to floating across multiple ICU units as needed.
• Comfort working 48 hours per week, including day shifts.
