Job Summary:
Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients, focusing on restoring mobility, reducing pain, and improving functional ability. Deliver individualized treatment plans based on patient assessment and clinical expertise. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients’ physical conditions and develop tailored therapy plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and pain management.
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
• Adhere to all safety, compliance, and clinical protocols.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state license or certification in physical therapy.
• Demonstrate clinical expertise in assessing and treating diverse patient populations.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Exhibit strong understanding of rehabilitation techniques and mobility aids.
• Maintain current CPR certification.
