Job Summary:

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical unit. The ideal candidate will provide quality patient care to a diverse patient population within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical histories
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health management
• Comply with hospital policies, protocols, and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Valid GA or Compact RN license required at time of submission
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Medical Surgical experience
• BLS certification required
• Ability to work 3x12 hour day shifts
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
