Job Summary:
Seeking a skilled Emergency Room RN with recent experience to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to adapt to high-volume environments and efficiently manage diverse emergency cases.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient condition quickly upon arrival in the ER.
• Administer appropriate treatments, including medications, and perform diagnostic tests.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient details, treatments, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment care and safety guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid NJ RN license or Compact State license required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of recent ER experience, preferably in high-volume, fast-paced environments.
• Epic electronic health record experience required.
• Certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS (pending or expiring within 30 days are acceptable).
• Ability to start by 08/31, with no more than three days of RTO accepted.
• Strong clinical skills and ability to adapt quickly to emergency situations.
