Job Summary:

Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care in a fast-paced emergency room setting. Ensure patient safety and well-being through efficient clinical interventions and exceptional patient management.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly and accurately upon arrival.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and clinical data.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond swiftly to emergency situations, including stroke and ventilator management.
• Document patient care activities thoroughly and accurately.

Qualifications:

• Hold current BLS, ACLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC or CALS certifications.
• Possess a minimum of 2 years of ER or ICU experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency with clinical procedures such as artline placement, CVP interventions, BiPAP, and ventilator management.
• Have experience caring for patients across a wide age range, from newborns to seniors.
• Be willing to work 13-week assignments with day/evening/night rotations, including scheduled or floated assignments to ICU.
• Maintain a valid RN license in the applicable state.
