Job Summary:

Provide professional nursing support in a skilled nursing facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Supervise and assist nursing activities during your shift to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities to ensure quality patient care.
• Assist with clinical procedures and patient assessments.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to coordinate patient care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and nursing actions.
• Adhere to facility policies and promote a safe environment for patients and staff.

Qualifications:

• Valid LPN license in the state of Colorado.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or similar setting.
• Training in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
• Current BLS certification required.
• IV certification preferred for LPNs.
