Job Summary:
Provides leadership and supervision for daily nursing activities within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Ensures all care delivery complies with regulatory standards, policies, and quality care objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise nursing staff to ensure effective and safe patient care.
• Coordinate and assist with medication administration and treatment plans.
• Monitor adherence to federal, state, and local regulations governing patient care.
• Evaluate patient needs and prioritize nursing activities accordingly.
• Document nursing assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Active RN license in the state where the facility is located.
• Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing settings.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to supervise and motivate clinical staff effectively.
