Job Summary:
A licensed Physical Therapist is needed to provide outpatient therapy services for pediatric patients, focusing on children from birth to age 5 in home and preschool settings. The role involves delivering evidence-based interventions to promote developmental milestones and enhance functional abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate pediatric patients' physical capabilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy techniques to improve motor skills, coordination, and strength.
• Conduct home visits and preschool sessions, documenting progress and adjusting treatments accordingly.
• Educate families and caregivers on exercises and activities to support continued development.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to confidentiality standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess at least one year of pediatric therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in delivering home-based and preschool therapy services.
• Exhibit strong communication skills with children and families.
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week.
• Willingness to work during the school year and accommodate client needs.
