Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) traveler for a skilled nursing facility. The role offers both temporary assignments and potential permanent placement opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care to residents in a skilled nursing setting.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and health status.
• Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
• Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and state vaccination mandates.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current, unrestricted Colorado CNA certification.
• Possess prior LTC/SNF experience.
• Demonstrate compassionate and patient-centered care skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be fully vaccinated in accordance with state mandates.
