Job Summary:
The Physical Therapist provides specialized rehabilitative care to patients with injuries or conditions affecting mobility and functional independence. They assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions to determine appropriate therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with clinical best practices.
• Utilize advanced therapeutic techniques and equipment to facilitate patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions to optimize outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on post-treatment exercises and injury prevention strategies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license.
• Possess Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification.
• Demonstrate ability to travel to multiple care locations as needed.
• Have strong communication and patient engagement skills.
• Exhibit clinical proficiency in orthopedic, neurological, or specialized therapy modalities.
