Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a stepdown, IMC, or PCU setting. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills and the ability to adapt quickly to diverse patient needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans
• Respond promptly to medical emergencies and adjust care as needed

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice
• Proven experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
