Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to support the IMC/PCU/Stepdown unit. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment and adapt to recent transitions within the unit.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the IMC/PCU/Stepdown units.
• Assess patient needs, monitor vital signs, and respond promptly to changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain updated medical records.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
• Adapt to staffing fluctuations due to recent RN transitions and vacancies.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in the relevant state.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IMC, PCU, or stepdown units.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, dynamic setting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• BLS and ACLS certifications preferred.
