Job Summary:
The Respiratory Therapist provides specialized respiratory care to patients, supporting their recovery and well-being. This role requires active certification and licensure to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor respiratory therapies and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess patient condition and adjust therapy plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Ensure all equipment and supplies are properly sanitized and maintained.
• Adhere to safety protocols and licensing requirements at all times.

Qualifications:

• Must be NBRC RRT certified and actively licensed upon offer.
• Hold active BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications at the time of hire.
• Possess at least one year of recent experience as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Demonstrate excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work midnight shifts from 6:30 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Capable of handling a fast-paced healthcare environment efficiently.
