Job Summary:
Provide specialized emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ED environment, ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes. Deliver compassionate support while managing a diverse caseload of acute and critical cases.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions rapidly to determine priority and appropriate interventions.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and physician directives.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Monitor patient vital signs, medical equipment, and responses to treatment continuously.
• Document patient information accurately and in a timely manner within the electronic medical record system.
• Educate patients and families on post-visit care, treatment plans, and safety considerations.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with a minimum of 1 year ED experience required.
• Must possess current BLS, ALS, ENPC, and TNCC certifications.
• Strong critical thinking, team collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and focused in stressful situations.
• Prefer candidates with 2+ years of ED experience and additional certifications such as PALS.
