Job Summary:
The Physical Therapy Assistant provides delegated therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist. They support patient rehabilitation programs to improve mobility and functional ability.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementing patient treatment plans as directed by the supervising physical therapist.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Prepare treatment areas and gather necessary equipment and supplies.
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic exercises and home programs.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of patient care activities.

Qualifications:

• Valid Physical Therapy Assistant license or certification.
• Proven experience assisting in outpatient or inpatient therapy settings.
• Strong knowledge of physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Excellent communication and patient interaction skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team.
