Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced RN to provide per diem nursing care during night shifts in a hospital setting. The candidate will focus on telemetry patients, ensuring safety and quality care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and interpret telemetry cardiac rhythms continuously.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Assess patient conditions and respond promptly to changes.
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid NJ RN license.
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of telemetry experience in an acute hospital environment.
• Current BLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently during night shifts.
