Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join a 13-week contract providing high-quality patient care. This role involves flexible shift hours, teamwork, and the opportunity to work across multiple departments.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and clinical observations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Float to various departments as needed to ensure patient needs are met.
• Attend to patient comfort and safety, including managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Comply with all regulatory and facility requirements, including documentation and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Valid Washington State RN license or multi-state license with verifications.
• Successfully complete approved 6-hour suicide training.
• Maintain current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Meditech or similar electronic health record systems.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and adapt to different department needs.
• Ability to pass background checks and meet facility-specific credentialing.
