Job Summary:
Assist occupational therapists in providing therapy services to patients requiring rehabilitative care. Play a vital role in supporting patient recovery and functional improvement through clinical tasks and patient interactions.

Responsibilities:

• Support occupational therapists in executing treatment plans and therapy sessions.
• Document patient progress and assist in maintaining accurate clinical records.
• Prepare therapy equipment and ensure a safe environment for patient activities.
• Engage with patients to motivate and encourage participation in therapeutic exercises.
• Follow all safety protocols and facility policies to maintain compliance.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Proven experience in assisting with occupational therapy treatments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
