Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse in the Telemetry unit provides expert nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring. They ensure patient safety through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation, while collaborating with healthcare teams to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and diagnostic results.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatments.
• Communicate promptly with physicians regarding changes in patient status.
• Supervise and guide nursing personnel to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a current and valid state RN license.
• Obtain BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Demonstrate experience with ventilator management preferred.
• Be vaccinated for COVID-19, including boosters.
• Possess EPIC EMR experience.
• Exhibit strong clinical judgment and quick response skills.
