Job Summary:
Provides specialized telemetry nursing care to patients requiring continuous cardiac monitoring and assessment. Collaborates with healthcare teams to deliver safe, effective, and patient-centered care within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and monitor patients' cardiac status using telemetry equipment, ensuring accurate interpretation of data.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments and diagnostic results.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
• Educate patients and families about their condition, treatment plans, and health management.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and coordinate discharge planning.
• Document all patient interactions, assessments, and interventions accurately in electronic health records.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Possess at least two years of recent telemetry nursing experience in a hospital setting.
• Maintain current BLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
• Demonstrate proficiency in telemetry equipment and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills.
• Be proactive in patient safety and exhibit a team-oriented approach to care.
