Job Summary:
Provides comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients during assigned shifts, ensuring quality patient outcomes. Acts as a leader within the healthcare team and supports the coordination of patient care activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient needs upon admission and throughout the shift to develop effective care plans.
• Implement nursing interventions based on current best practices and patient assessments.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and quality care delivery.
• Evaluate patient responses to treatments and modify care plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
• Support a professional and compassionate environment for patients, families, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Registered Nurse license in the State of Pennsylvania.
• Possess at least two years of recent RN experience in a medical-surgical setting.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Exhibit high emotional resilience and sound judgment in stressful situations.
• Support team-based care with a collaborative approach and professionalism.
