Job Summary:

The Adult Outpatient Mental Health Supervisor oversees the clinical and administrative operations of a community mental health program. This role involves ensuring delivery of quality mental health services to adult clients while managing staff and program functions.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all clinical treatments, staff, and administrative activities of the program.
• Coordinate service delivery to meet the needs of community clients and institutional partners.
• Provide crisis coverage and support for staff during after-hours emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and documentation standards.
• Facilitate staff training, development, and performance evaluations.
• Maintain detailed records and prepare related data for program reporting.

Qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Hold a current and active Michigan state license (LMSW, LLP, or LPC).
• Demonstrate at least three years of experience in community mental health treatment.
• Exhibit competence in individual, family, and group therapy modalities.
• Show proficiency in working collaboratively with diverse populations and community resources.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
