Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to join our team for a temporary assignment. The ideal candidate will provide quality respiratory care within a pediatric and NICU setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments and therapies to patients according to physician prescriptions.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Document clinical findings and interventions accurately in Epic electronic health records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, licensing requirements, and travel regulations.
• Support holiday coverage and complete required lab work and fingerprinting within specified timeframes.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active Minnesota RRT license or have pending license with obtainment by start date.
• Possess at least 2 years of pediatric and NICU respiratory therapy experience.
• Be experienced with Epic electronic charting system.
• Be willing to work a mix of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts, including every third weekend.
• Be a travel therapist residing more than 25 miles from the facility.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills.
