Job Summary:
Seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) with a valid MT license to perform laboratory testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phlebotomy and clinical specimen collection.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laboratory tests according to established protocols and quality standards.
• Collect blood samples and other biological specimens via phlebotomy with precision and care.
• Ensure accurate recording and reporting of test results in a timely manner.
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, infection control, and quality assurance procedures.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot laboratory equipment as needed to ensure optimal functioning.
• Document all procedures and test outcomes accurately for compliance purposes.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid MT license with a minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in phlebotomy and specimen collection techniques.
• Possess strong knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and quality control.
• Ability to work scheduled NOC shifts, including 12-hour shifts.
• Exhibit excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
