Job Summary:

Assist nursing staff in providing direct patient care in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility. Ensure patient comfort, safety, and adhere to established care protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Provide bedside patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures consistently.
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA license or certification required.
• Proven experience in skilled nursing or long-term care settings.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and position patients safely.
• Comply with facility COVID-19 vaccination requirements or exemptions.
