Job Summary:
A Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist is a highly skilled imaging professional responsible for operating advanced CT equipment to acquire detailed cross-sectional images of patients’ internal structures. These images support physicians and radiologists in diagnosing complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment to capture accurate diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, ensuring proper positioning and safety protocols.
• Adhere to all safety standards and infection control procedures during scans.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members for effective patient care.
• Document procedures accurately and maintain detailed patient records.
• Comply with facility policies and certification requirements.

Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of CT Technologist experience.
• Hold current ARRT certification in Computed Tomography.
• Demonstrate proficiency with EMR systems, preferably Cerner.
• Maintain current licensure and certifications as required by state and industry standards.
• Exhibit strong patient care and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
