Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and establish personalized treatment goals.
• Implement and adjust therapy programs based on patient progress and clinical best practices.
• Document patient assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, treatment plans, and injury prevention.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state-issued PT license or certification.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in rehabilitative and therapeutic techniques.
• Possess excellent communication and patient management skills.
• Maintain current CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications.
• Have prior experience working in a healthcare or therapy setting preferred.
