Job Summary:

Provide specialized respiratory care to patients across multiple units, including ER, CCU, and NICU, in a fast-paced hospital environment. Administer advanced respiratory therapies and support patient recovery through skilled procedures and assessments.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and monitor ventilators for neonates through adults, including Hi Flow, Neb Treatments, Nitric Oxide, Flolan Therapy, Bipap, and Bubble CPAP.
• Administer EKGs and evaluate cardiac rhythm to support patient diagnostics.
• Perform clinical procedures related to respiratory care, ensuring accuracy and patient safety.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized respiratory treatment plans.
• Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, patient responses, and therapy outcomes.
• Adhere to hospital dress code and infection control protocols during all patient interactions.

Qualifications:

• Hold current CRT or RRT license in good standing.
• Possess BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications.
• Have at least 2 years of relevant respiratory therapy experience.
• Demonstrate proficiency in ventilator management and advanced therapies.
• Ability to work nights and on-call shifts as required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to function in high-pressure scenarios.
