Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced ICU registered nurse to provide exceptional care to critically ill patients. The candidate will work within a specialized neuro and cardiovascular ICU setting, supporting patient recovery and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Administer direct patient care, including ventilator management and medication administration.
• Monitor telemetry and interpret cardiac rhythms accurately.
• Perform advanced procedures such as CRRT and hemodynamic assessments.
• Document patient status and care activities using Meditech system.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute care plans.
• Maintain compliance with unit policies, certifications, and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license with at least 36 months of clinical experience.
• Minimum of one year ICU experience, ideally in neuro or cardiovascular units.
• Proven success in previous travel assignments, preferably with Meditech experience.
• Ability to manage 1-3 ICU patients and support ventilator care.
• Proficiency in reading telemetry strips and performing advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
• BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required.
