Job Summary:
Seeking a dedicated ICU Registered Nurse to provide exceptional patient care in a fast-paced critical care environment. The ideal candidate will utilize specialized skills to ensure the safety and well-being of critically ill patients.

Responsibilities:

• Administer advanced nursing care to ICU patients, monitoring vital signs and medical equipment.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Perform technical procedures such as IV placement, intubation assistance, and medication administration.
• Document patient conditions, interventions, and responses accurately and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery processes.
• Maintain infection control protocols and uphold safety standards within the ICU setting.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse license with current state licensure.
• Proven experience working in an ICU environment.
• Possess BLS and ACLS certification.
• Demonstrate strong critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Able to work every third weekend shift comfortably.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
