Job Summary:
Provide specialized occupational therapy services to patients to improve their functional abilities and quality of life. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to determine therapy needs.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans focused on client goals.
• Document patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and strategies for ongoing recovery.
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including presenting valid identification and wearing a photo badge at all times.
• Adhere to federal and state regulations related to occupational therapy practice.

Qualifications:

• Hold valid licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
• Demonstrate relevant clinical experience in occupational therapy.
• Possess strong assessment and diagnostic skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Be able to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
