Job Summary:
The Occupational Therapist is responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapy programs to help patients improve their daily living and working skills. They work closely with patients to promote recovery and independence through specialized therapeutic techniques.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive conditions to determine appropriate therapy plans.
• Develop individualized treatment programs focused on improving functional abilities.
• Implement therapeutic interventions using evidence-based techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
• Document treatment activities and patient responses accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license or credential.
• Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have previous experience working in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred.
• Be committed to patient-centered care and professional development.
