Job Summary:
Experienced Cath Lab Nurse skilled in diagnostic procedures, percutaneous coronary interventions, structural heart interventions, and electrophysiology. Provides specialized nursing care for patients undergoing cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-procedure assessments and obtain patient histories.
• Administer medications and monitor patient vitals during procedures.
• Assist physicians during diagnostic and interventional cardiology procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain sterile environments.
• Document clinical observations and procedural details accurately.
• Provide post-procedure care and patient education.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid California RN license and have uploaded Nursys verification within the past 2 weeks.
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS certifications with current expiration dates.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cath Lab RN, with at least 2 years specifically in cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology.
• Demonstrate proficiency in diagnostic cath lab, PCI, structural heart, and EP procedures.
• Strong understanding of cardiac monitoring and patient care standards.
