Job Summary:

Seeking a qualified Emergency Room Registered Nurse to provide urgent care services in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The nurse will deliver patient-centered care, assess trauma, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions rapidly and accurately to determine severity of cases.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and responses to treatments, adjusting care plans accordingly.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress in accordance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff to develop and implement care plans.
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently, providing life-saving interventions.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in emergency or critical care settings.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and multitask efficiently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of emergency protocols, trauma assessment, and rapid response procedures.
