Job Summary:
Perform computerized tomography (CT) procedures to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physicians and healthcare providers. Operate independently, applying clinical expertise to ensure safe, accurate, and timely imaging while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Execute routine and specialized CT scans with precision, following established protocols.
• Assess patient condition, gaining cooperation and confidence through effective communication and attentive monitoring.
• Adhere to all applicable privacy, safety, and regulatory standards to ensure compliance and safety during procedures.
• Maintain and calibrate CT equipment, troubleshooting issues as needed to ensure optimal functionality.
• Document procedures accurately and complete all necessary reports and documentation.
• Support the training and orientation of new staff or department visitors as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid CA CRT Licensure and CA Venipuncture certification.
• Demonstrate at least 1 year of relevant CT imaging experience.
• Possess BLS (AHA) certification.
• Maintain current certifications with valid expiration dates, uploaded per compliance requirements.
• Effectively communicate with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Comply with travel and licensing regulations, including Nursys verification within the last 2 weeks.
