Seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse specializing in telemetry to provide comprehensive patient care. This role involves monitoring cardiac patients and ensuring optimal clinical outcomes within a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and prioritize patient needs through thorough clinical evaluations.
• Monitor cardiac patients using telemetry equipment and interpret data accurately.
• Administer medications and treatments following established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and update patient care plans.
• Document patient information and clinical interventions meticulously.
• Educate patients and families about cardiac conditions and post-discharge care.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state.
• Possess proven experience in telemetry nursing or a related specialty.
• Demonstrate proficiency with telemetry monitoring equipment and clinical documentation.
• Exhibit strong critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Be able to work efficiently in high-pressure healthcare settings.
• Maintain Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
