Job Summary:
Provide diagnostic imaging services as a Radiology Technician in a fast-paced trauma facility. Rotate through various departments including surgery, ports, pediatrics, and emergency room to support patient care needs.

Responsibilities:

• Operate X-ray and radiology equipment to capture diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining processes and positioning them accurately.
• Maintain equipment functionality and perform routine safety checks.
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure imaging meets clinical requirements.
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and confidentiality standards.
• Document procedures and handle patient records following regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (RT) credential required.
• Proven experience in trauma or emergency radiology preferred.
• Ability to rotate efficiently through multiple departments.
• Strong attention to detail and patient safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MRI, CT, and port imaging is a plus.
