Job Details

Job Summary:
Provide specialized nursing care to surgical patients in the operating room setting. Ensure patient safety, prepare operating rooms, and assist surgical teams during procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Administer preoperative and postoperative care to patients undergoing surgery.
• Assist surgeons and surgical teams by preparing instruments and sterilized supplies.
• Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical needs during procedures.
• Maintain sterile field and uphold infection control standards throughout surgeries.
• Document patient information, surgical procedures, and clinical observations accurately.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth surgical operations.

Qualifications:

• Hold an active RN license with appropriate state licensure.
• Have current certifications including BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Possess surgical or perioperative nursing experience.
• Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and patient care skills.
• Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
