Job Summary:
Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced Emergency Room setting. Deliver immediate, effective interventions and ensure patient safety and comfort throughout their visit.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and prioritize care based on acuity levels.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed while monitoring patient responses.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately.
• Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of ED nursing experience.
• Ability to work every other weekend and holiday shifts.
• Strong assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
• Capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Must be unable to accommodate blocked schedules.
