Job Summary:
Provide high-quality patient care as a registered nurse specializing in telemetry, ensuring continuous monitoring and assessment of cardiac patients. Adapt to various clinical settings to meet patient needs and support healthcare teams effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions continuously and interpret telemetry data for signs of cardiac distress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, observing for adverse reactions.
• Document patient information accurately and update medical records promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to develop and modify care plans.
• Maintain competency by staying current with telemetry and nursing best practices.
• Float to West Campus when required to support facility staffing needs.

Qualifications:

• Current valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Proven experience in telemetry nursing or a similar cardiac care setting.
• Strong understanding of cardiac rhythms, monitoring equipment, and emergency response procedures.
• Ability to perform assessments, prioritize patient needs, and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work every other weekend and every other holiday shifts.
• Demonstrate willingness to float to additional units as needed.
